Private prescriptions may be issued where clinically appropriate.

Prescription charges are separate from consultation fees unless otherwise stated.

Imperial Medica cannot guarantee:

·      Medication availability

·      Pharmacy stock

·      Medication pricing

Controlled drugs may not be prescribed.

Repeat prescriptions remain subject to clinical review.

The Clinic reserves the right to refuse prescription requests where:

·      Monitoring requirements have not been met

·      Clinical information is incomplete

·      Safety concerns exist

Please note:

  • This service is available for private prescriptions only. We do not accept NHS prescriptions.

  • Prescriptions can be submitted by individual patients or by prescribing clinicians or clinics who have patients that need a prescription to be dispensed.

How to Request

Patients: If you are a patient in need of prescription medication and you have a valid prescription, please follow the steps below:

  • Upload a clear image or PDF of your private prescription.

  • Provide your contact information for communication regarding your prescription

Clinicians: If you are a clinician referring a patient to us for prescription dispensing, please follow the steps below:

  • Upload a clear image or PDF of the private prescription for your patient

  • Provide your contact information and the patient's details in the form below, and please advise who to contact regarding the prescription payment and delivery.
